2. Choose your path
Based on our conversation, you receive a coaching plan with the services and structure that make sense for your goals, your timeline, and where you are.
3. Do the work. Own the Story.
This is a partnership. Most services include guided exercises and worksheets you complete before we meet, so can go deep and move fast. You will be asked to reflect, dig in, and do the work between sessions. That is what makes the difference.
You don’t just leave with feedback. You leave with language, frameworks, and tools you carry forward long after we finish.

Investment
Engagements are priced by service, not by the hour.
A focused drop-in session starts at $250.
Most clients start with one to two services. A single service starts at $475. Two services start at $855.
Comprehensive engagements covering multiple services are scoped and priced based on your specific goals.
Business development coaching engagements are scoped individually.
Every proposal is custom. We will talk through the right fit on your consultation call.
Accessible options are available, including discounted rates for students, recent graduates, and professionals in career transition, as well as a limited number of pro bono engagements through the Impact Forward program for social impact professionals navigating financial constraints.
